Return Policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customs Duties and Refunds

For customers in countries where customs duties apply, such as the UK, these duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon importation. Please note that customs duties or taxes paid to your local authorities are non-refundable, even if the item is returned. Refunds will only cover the product cost, minus any applicable return shipping fees.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact us at orders@scuderiasette.com. Returns should be sent to the address provided by our support team. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Free Returns Policy

We allow one free return per item under the following conditions:

  • Size Exchanges: If you ordered a size and wish to exchange it for a different size, the return and exchange shipping costs are fully covered by us.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a free return label, and you will not incur any return costs.

Multiple Sizes Ordered

If you order multiple sizes of the same item to determine the correct fit, we will not cover the return shipping costs for the additional sizes returned. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Returns for the Same Item

If you initiate more than one return for the same item, additional return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Steps for Return:

  1. Contact us at orders@scuderiasette.com to request a return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
  3. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.
  4. Attach the provided shipping label and drop off the package at the designated shipping location.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Contact us to request an exchange for a different size or product.
  2. Follow the return procedure to send back the original item.
  3. We will process the size exchange once we receive and approve your returned item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

For EU shipments, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
  • If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at orders@scuderiasette.com.
  • Customs Duties: Duties or taxes paid to your local customs authorities are non-refundable. Refunds will only cover the product cost, minus any applicable return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Free Return Shipping: For one free return per item due to size exchanges or incorrect/defective items, we will cover the cost.
  • Return Costs Deducted: For additional returns of the same item or returns for items ordered in multiple sizes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Notes

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items and gift cards cannot.
  • If your item was a gift, a gift credit will be issued upon return receipt, or a refund will be sent to the gift giver.
