Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Barcelona. We process orders Monday to Friday within 3 to 5 business days and ship them the next business day. Allow a little extra time during holidays and sales.

How long does delivery take?

2 to 5 business days in Spain, 4 to 10 business days for international orders depending on the destination.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders over €99 to Spain, Andorra and Portugal.
Free shipping on orders over €150 to most of Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada.
For every other destination we ship to, shipping is calculated at checkout.
The exact cost for your order is always shown at checkout, based on your address and the items in your order. Some areas, like the Balearic Islands, have their own rates.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer on delivery.
